I had booked a Residential flat in MantriWebcity (http://www.mantri.in/webcity/) in sometime back in DEC-2012 IN a 2 year PREEMI Scheme .FLAT expected Delivery date DEC-2014.It is complete 1 year delay by now but builders are not at all bother .Every time i ask delivery date, they extend the date by 2/3 months and reply back . Not sure what i can do in this situation .Mantri developer are boldly saying me to take Legal action as they are confident that no one can harm them since they Had make the property-agreement in their favor . As i am staying in Singapore due to my JOB so it is very scary, am continue to loose my hard earned money in form of heavy EMI and don’t know when i am going to get my FLAT. Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
