Sir/Madam,

I purchased Flat No: B-306 in Mantri Navarathna Flats at Chromepet/ Pallavaram at Chennai in the year 2011 which was handed over in the end of 2014. M/s Mantri have committed to pay me a refund amount of Rs.38527/-.and the same is yet to be paid by M/s Mantri to me . Even after a lapse of four years and despite many of my reminders to M/s Mantri office bearers the refund amount is still to be paid to me.
