File a Complaint against Mantri Developers - not honouring mou signed which expired on 30 june 2018 and not paying money due under buy-back scheme for mantri serenity project

Flat no – J2804, Mantri Serinity project, Kanakapura, Bangalore.

Mantri delaying money due under Buy back Scheme for the past 20 months. MoU expired on 30 June 2018.

Mantri is not paying monthly pre-EMIs from July 2017 and I have to pay PNB bank INR 74000 on Mantri’s behalf every month.

Total Pre-EMIs money due from Mantri as at today – 23 Lakhs (from July 207 to February 2020)

Plus total money due under the scheme is around one crore and 70 lakhs.

I am trying to contact via phone and email Mantri’s Deputy Sales Manager but no response.

Mantri team – if you are reading this complaint, please help. I tried my best to resolve this issue with your concerned staff but no luck. Thanks.
