Hi all,
I need some suggestions. I booked 3 bhk flat @webcity 1355sqft in j tower for 84 lacs. It was buy back policy in 2014. At the end of buy back scheme, they gave me a 1500 sqft flat @mantri energia and promised to deliver me the flat in 2018 december for same price as per buy back scheme.

In september 2017, they told me energia project got delayed for atleast 2 years and so they told me to select any flat at webcity and promised again to deliver in just 6 months. Now almost 2 years after swapping back to webcity no flat and still paying pre emi to pnb. I had to buy a bigger flat of 1740 sqft which costed extra 18 lacs.

This did not end here… After swapping from webcity to energia i continued paying pre emi for 18 months. And last week when i enquired, why mantri has not paid back my pre emi, i was shocked to hear the cold blooded response that i was supposed to stop paying the pre emi when i shifted back to mantri webcity from mantri energia. And mantri is not responsible for any single penny that i paid to the bank as my pre emi. So where are my 10 lacs that i paid to the bank from 18 months. I was not informed to stop paying and start the new loan..

Please let me know what shall i do now???

I didn’t received any agreement or registration of my flat p1402.

Did anyone received agreement or registration of your flat?
