Please do not trust this builder. I booked unit under 100% assured return scheme where the pre-EMI responsibility is with Mantri. Their payments on pre-EMI are delayed by more than 6 months and there is no response from their CRM. They abscond and escape from you. The 100% assured return that was signed as agreement by Mantri is not being honored now.

I strongly suggest do not go with this builder and do not fall for any of the schemes that they bring up. No promise is true and never kept.

Beware of Mantri
