This is the issue with all the project under Mantri. We have same issue with Webcity. EMI dates got pushed from 10th to 15th and then to 20th and now, EMI not paid for Feb 2014. Every one who booked apartment with Mantri are facing this issue. Not sure what is going on with Mantri and why there is such a delay. When Mantri can not accept delay in payment from its customer. Why should WE (customer) accept the repeated delays?

Mantri is big cheater . have you purchased any flat in web city 20-80 plan please let me know , i am fighting with Mantri about PEMI document shows they will pay till December .what next god knows , we like fools gave full amount of money to them now we are struck .dirty guys playing around with our money

Never buy from Mantri,go for ready flat ,pay money and take key. Mantri is useless developer, I had purchased one flat in webcity Bangalore till today no proper update ,Mantri is playing around with our harden money …….BIG NO TO MANTRI AND BIG NO FOR 20-80 PLAN
