I have booked a flat bearing No.N-401 at Mantri Serenity, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore by paying about Rs.16.00 lakhs as initial payment during July 2013 and the project will be completed by 2015 as informed by the site staff(who are very frequently changed) By seeing the progress of the project, it may not complete till 2019 or 2020. I am a retired person and invested my life time savings on the flat with the fond hope of getting a roof for my family. In the meantime, I had requested your site staff to arrange for refund of the amount deposited but they used to give false assurances. Now, I have to undergo certain medical treatment, I request you to refund the entire amount with applicable interest as agreed immediately so that I can spend the amount for my medical treatment. I understand that the cancellation has been effected during April 2016 but refund has not yet been made till date. All my E-mails are not even acknowledged. Even, whenever, I telephone to the concerned staff, he will abruptly disconnect the phone.

In the circumstances, I once again request you to arrange for refund of the entire amount paid by me along with the interest so that I can utilise the same for my medical treatment.
