During the membership purchase meeting, they said they have the tie up with almost every 5 star hotel and they will provide the booking whenever required. But after purchasing the membership, they said tie ups are with some of the hotels not with everyone and it is mentioned the contract. Also every time we have to beg them to arrange the booking because they always share the hotels which are not 5 star. During the membership purchase, they said we have tie ups all over the india but they lied to us. They have tie ups with in few states and with very few hotels. They declined my last 3 requests for booking. They everytime say the inventories are full. They are making fool out of us. They just manipulate the people during membership meeting and make fake promises. Also they provide me 3 bonus weeks for free of cost but after the membership they said it is paid and we have to pay for that as well. So please try to help me to cancel the membership and get the full refund from them.
