We joined in November 2021, but their membership is wholly fraudulent. They are not responding, their website and app are down, their RMs have changed jobs, and their toll-free number is also inoperable. Seems like all the money was wasted. Can anyone offer suggestions for how we might respond to them? They even closed their Noida office. Completely frustrating and costly
