I bought the travel package of 90k on 9th March 2024 (Saturday Night). They said that on monday, they will call and after our authorization on call and mail they will activate the membership. On Sunday Evening, i have read all the fraud cases which was against this company. I have decided to not activate the membership. I mailed them to not activate the membership since i have received the call and denied them that i dont want to activate the membership and also i have sent mail regarding to not activate the membership. They have N no. Of calls and said that this is compulsary to activate the membership. I said that i dont want to activate the membership because their clause clearly reflect that after activation they will deduct a good amount around 1 lakh or more than that. They were assuring me that only 15k will be deducted and rest will be refunded. I have denied the activation and mailed them regarding to not activate the membership since the decision is final.Now, they are doing calls to activate the membership. They are not sending mail regarding the refund. Since, i haven’t activate the membership then they have to refund the amount thatswhy they are doing calls. It’s a fraud company and they are not doing revert regarding refund.
I want full refund of Rs. 90,000.
