Hi Team – I bought a membership plan from Marriott Grand Vacations, Membership No – MGV772107
They promised to provide a 4or5 star hotel room for a total of 84nights as per my booking request. My booking request was addressed for the first 3 times but since November’22 all of my booking requests are being denied stating following reasons :-
1) We require a maximum of only 15 days prior information for Domestic from the booking date. Kindly share a fresh request – _As per our contract, we can request for rooms 90days prior to booking day_

2)Apologies for the delay in response, we have received the requests in bulk for the **** location, and inventories are completely occupied for good properties – _First they request to send booking request 15days prior(not 90days as per contract) and then give an excuse that properties cannot be made available due to high number of bookings_

3) Also, we are facing some delays in tie-ups with the properties that are on hold due to the renewal of the contracts till May month – _Been getting this excuse from last 8months_

4) They promised to provide rooms in branded Hotels like – Radisson, Hilton, Hyatt etc – After 2nd request that only started sharing 3star property options (cheap hotels)

I paid Approx 165000 in March’22 to them and till then I have only been able to claim 10out of 84nights. They have denied all of my booking request from Nov’22 until today. They have stopped picking the customer care phone number and only send standard responses in their email (1of the above excuses).

Let’s use this platform to build a network and then together file a case against this company.
