Hello All,
I am johney from greater Noida, UP. I have taken the membership plan from Marriott Grand Vacations i.e. MGV. I have taken the membership with the false services and commitments made by MGV sales team. I have not availed any service from them. Now I wanted to surrender the membership and expecting my money refund as it is mentioned on the site. It is under the refund policy, but not getting any response from MGV. I requested them on mail multiple time. I am attaching the refund policy screenshot. Please take appropriate action on them and get my money refunded.
