Marriott Grand Vacations
No one is reachable from MGV as of April 2023. There are never any operators on toll free. RM is useless and never accessible. For days, mail doesn’t respond.
[Previous] I also purchased their ten-year vacation plans. Now, it appears to have been a scam.
The three individuals who called and invited have turned off their phones, as have their managers. Additionally, the membership card never arrives. The RM handles waste. She always wants to mail, right? Why is there RM if we must mail in every inquiry?
The welcome gifts were intended to be “no-condition” gifts. However, their system is never responsive when you request to use a “Movie” voucher. I must pay $3,000 plus taxes and can only use my 3-day hotel voucher in two locations in India.
They stated that they would still provide lodging in areas where there are no hotels, but in an email, they flatly refused to acknowledge this.
