Ordered a pair of Sony headphones and One Plus earbuds and got a damaged MI earphones instead. It was cash on delivery and I opened it after the delivery boy left only to find that it was wrong damaged product. I am sure it has happened to others as well. The product that is received is damaged in multiple ways. All the parts are fallen apart and it’s a scam. Please do something about it.
