I had purchased a battery for Nokia E 63 from Maxbhi. On receiving the product, when i tried it on the phone, i was shocked to see that it was longer than the slot. I felt cheated here.
I called the customer care and informed about the problem. The guy asked me to send the battery by courier. I ageed and went to the courier company for the same. The cost of the courier which the courier company mentioned was Rs 200. For a battery costing Rs 250, i did not find it sensible to pay non-refundable Rs 200.
I again called the customer care regarding the same, he further asked me to send by speed post. On his request, i went to the post office, but they did not recommend me to send the electronic product by speed post as there are chances of the product getting mishandled in the transit. I informed the customer care of Maxbhi again about it. But he did not have any valuable suggestion to solve the problem. I somehow managed to send the product by speed post, it reached them after a month, I gave a call to the customer care and they are refusing to initiate the refund now. The customer care executive was convinced to talk to the seniors to solve the problem and revert after 24 hours. It is three weeks now and i have not received any call or mail as of now. I felt cheated and humiliated by the Maxbhi shopping website.
