This is related to order number 572960. It’s been a MONTH since I am struggling with this order. These frauds there sent me a cheap local OTG saying it’s compatible with my phone model when in reality it’s not. Then after 20 days of struggle they agreed to replace my product but only if i send the product back to them at my own expense. These frauds think that the customers are bloody morons who will bear with all their crap! I have a clear call recording of my conversation with their customer service representative where he has accepted that they have displayed the product saying that it’s compatible with my phone model. Now I want them to either replace the product with a proper one at their own courier expenses or SIMPLY REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO MY PAYTM WALLET!!
