Dear sir,
I purchased a mobile part touch screen digitizer for Asus Zenfone 5 A500KL touch screen but is not useful, i want to return the poduc,
Seller has denied to return the product…(msg attached below:

Further we already mention in product details that:-
1. Please identify your part before placing order. Make sure you are ordering the correct part for your handset.
2. Replacing touch screen digitizer for Asus Zenfone 5 A500KL is a technical task. Please make sure you are capable of replacing this part before you buy it.
3. This part is used to repair faulty upper touch screen digitizer only.
Means you can use this part if you can see the entire display clearly & only the upper touch glass is cracked / broken / damaged / not working. Added By Rajat On Date 03/06/2017, 04:06 PM)
Sir, here that policy is totally opposit to consumer good and service protection act, revised bill free return of product, 2015.
“If the customer not satisfied their product and services, seller is libel to free return and pay same value and exchange the same or same value of product. Its based on customer choice.”
Kindly suggest me, what should i do?….
