Hello Sir,

I have order a body for my wyncom phone and at the time of order site shows that item is in stock. So I have paid the amount 252 from my paytm wallet. And after some they send me an email in which they have mentioned that the product is out of stock, so we are not able to ship the product. So I request them to refund my amount with the same payment gateway and they were ready to do so. Now after 10 days I haven’t recieved my payment and they told me that we have already transfer the amount. So I request you to kindly look into the issue and guide me that what I need to do?
