Dear Sir/Ma’am
I’m writing regarding my orders 570462 which I had purchased from Maxbhi (Maxbhi.com) on 01/08/2017, for rupees 619 by Punjab National Bank Internet banking.
The order got canceled by them. I request for refund.
They said tbat refund has been initiated and will be credited into your account in 7-10 days.
Again after tbat they called me and say that the items are available now, you can make purchases. So again I did payment for rupees 680 on 03/08/2017 by Punjab Nation Bank Internet Banking.
This order also canceled by them and same thing happened.
Now several times I contacted them, and they said that ammount is credited by them.
But in my account I didn’t get that.
I contacted to my bank also and they are saying that there is no any pending payment in my account.
Please help me out for the same.
