I have ordered a tempered glass for the mobile BLU Vivo Air LTE model from Maxbhi.com . And they have sent me the wrong product which doesn’t fit my mobile. When i registered a complaint, they asked me to send the images, and i have provided the images as well. After verifying the images they are asking me to send the product with my delivery charges for replacement.

Keeping the mistake at their end by sending wrong product, Maxbhi is not ready to refund my money by claiming that they don’t have refund policy. And for replacement i need to pay delivery charges.

Please help me and the customers who were cheated by Maxbhi with their convenient policies. And i request to review the policies of Maxbhi and such companies by some authority (from Government of India), which are cheating the customers by keeping the terms & conditions or policies as per their convenience.
