I ordered product via order number #162831. They sent a wrong product and with delay.
After 3 complaints and assurances of call back nothing has happened.
Now call center support person want the product to be couriered/ delivered to them as they don’t have pick up facility.
It is a lot of effort for a small product online shopping is for ease not for struggling and for spending money for vendor’s mistake.
