Dear Sir / madam,

I had purchased the back cover of my Mobile.
Full Body Housing for Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo – Silver

initally i had paid INR 653.62

They confirmed the product will be dispatched by mid december
later they themselves cancelled this product stating they received the product is not ok.

later they had changed the source and offered me from different supplier.
That too later got cancelled.

asking about the refund for money, there is no reply as yet after being chasing this form last one month.

#396702 – this order was confirmed on 14th Dec and confirmed to dispatch on 20th Dec, but understood that was cancelled
#402147 – this was changed later on 23rd December and got cancelled on 24th December

Since then i am asking for their reply, still there is no proper feedback.
