I had ordered “Best Chopp – Wireless Food Processor and Vegetable Cutter (Tornado Vegetable Cutter)” on 16th Jan 2023 with offer to Buy1 Get 1 Free, instead the vendor sent me a wrong product “Intelligent Electric Garlic machine” on 18th Jan 2023- this vendor sent me 2 of this Electric Garlic machine. These machine too is not in proper working condition; one unit is with Charger and one without charger and in damaged condition.
I sent the vendor emails along with picsto send me the correct product (i.e the one I ordered and for which I made complete payment) – but these guys are not responding to any of my emails. The contact number and the email address are working or not I am not sure. Guess they are just ignoring my emails. I do not know what to do. Please help me in either getting the correct product or refund for wrong order.
