I have placed order for Mega offer combo – Bluetooth Sony earphone and Jbl earbuds after looking at the ad on YouTube but received a wired headset which is of no use at all to none at home. Believed it would be real since it was cod and was promoted in YouTube. Had to pay since the delivery guy insisted to pay before opening and could not return back to him after rectifying. Sent a mail back to team and not sure on the status, this is the order number 40031 and was delivered through EKART tracking ID WSPC1051084742. Need full amount to be refunded or proper order to be delivered at the earliest.
