I didn’t take out a loan, but on December 21 they charged me 413.00 rupees seven times. There were 2891 rupees charged in total.
I want my 2891 refund.
Although I didn’t take out a loan, the transaction note mentions ECs fees.
Please assist me in getting these 2891 rupees reimbursed.
