I downloaded a Megma Soft app from the Play Store.

They informed me that I needed to register for an e-mandate in order to make my loan payments of 50000 INR on time.

I signed the E Mandate and agreed with them, but I haven’t received the loan money yet. Each month, they also present the ECS to my bank account an unlimited number of times.

To stop this fraud, I left my bank account empty.

Due to the low balance in the account, the bank assessed me a penalty against the ECS worth many times as many rupees.

After numerous calls, chats, and emails, I sent numerous emails to Megma Soft and the bank requesting that they cancel this ECS, but neither party has responded.

Please find a quick solution to this issue. Please, if it is possible, have them return my money.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from MegmaSoft.
