When I was transferring money from my Indian bank account to another bank account on October 29th, a sum of 570 rupees got debited from my account in the middle that wasn’t initiated by me. When I complained to the bank, they told me to write a letter to submit, so I did that and submitted it. It’s hard-earned money, so I can’t risk losing it, and I’m also afraid to deposit money to my account because who knows when I might do it again.
When I went to the branch, the manager told me that if it came from the bank, it would be reversed because only the bank is in charge of knowing every transaction and is accountable for any funds that are transferred from my account without my authorization or knowledge.
Please read this and fix my problem.
Please give me the website of Megmasoft, which stole money from everyone.
