Per Mr. Tonjeni +27 646687353 from South Africa using a registration certificate from the UK that had no Registration number or tax ID on the certificate, this is fraud and it was not signed!!!
Alarms went off in my head with I saw the certificate!!!
Watch out for Mercado Libre, if they are selling Autos, motorcycles, or anything dealing with automotive there is no warranty or refund , buy from any other company as in Amazon, Aliexpress, Temu
