I ordered a Bodum Ottoni electric kettle through a website called theByron.shop on April 7th. I used ZIP to pay in 4 parts. I paid but never received a receipt and am making payments through ZIP although I never received any product whatsoever. The ZIP payment shows up as MESHOPVDUSD and I have postponed tomorrow’s payment until I can get this squared away.
