On 10th jan 2017 i have ordered the Mobile phone mi redmi 3s prime and done the online payment of rs.8999/-. I got a mail of conformation from mi india that mobile phone has been booked and will be delivered to my address and order id is:5170110579230108.
I am getting updates on daily basis that where the phone has reached that they are sending with there courier partner Delhivery with tracking id:354522379883. On 13 jan 2017 the product was returned back without any notification to me and it was not attempt to deliver and i can check the status that product is returned back so i contacted mi india helpline they said that its nit there issue its delhivery (courier company) issue they said me to contact them. I contact delhivery they inform me that my address is out of delivery area. And they said that for further information about delivery of phone i have to contact mi. If this is the case why mi india take my order. And now both of them mi and delhivery not listening to me and neither helping me to get the phone deliver. I am very harrassed by the service provide by mi india and this all thing also wasted my valuable time also and still i dont get the delivery of the product neither there is a positive answer from mi india. Please help me in getting the phone that i order and already paid for.
