I had purchased a Micromax A110 Canvas 2 Mobile from Ganesh Electronics, Dombivli on 07.09.13 by paying Rs. 9,500/-. However on 09.10.2013 the mobile started malfunctioning like sending SMS and phone calls automatically. I was also not able to SWITCH OFF the mobile and I had to remove the battery. Subsequently on the same day I had approached M/s. Ganesh Electronics and shown him the malfunctioning and requested for a new mobile as the same is only one month old. He refused to give me a new mobile.

As you are aware once an electronic item goes for repairs, it would continue to give problem and also every now and then I may have to visit your service center and may also lose data stored every now and then.

I would request you to intervene in the matter and arrange to provide a new mobile at the earliest.
