I have bought a Micromax A104 on 10th July 2015, and from the second day it started huge problems. It got hanged a several times and so I took it to the Naihati Micromax Care. They received a complaint and returned me the phone. Then after that it shows continuous problems several times. It got swithched off and the touch was not working then memory card not accessible and many other problems. I took the phone to Naihati Micromax Care 5 times. The phone is in warranty period and giving me a huge harrasment and problems but the customer care service of Micromax is so cheap and selfish that they don’t really care about it. I told them to return the phone and give me a new one but they refused to do so. Today on 6th may I went to the Micromax Head Office at Madhyamgram. They told me that the phone cannot be replaced cause I have previously service it in a local service centre. But every time I went to the Officially Authenticated Micromax Care at Naihati. They refused me to replace the phone.
Now everything I need is a replacement of the phone or return my money.
