Dear Mam/Sir,
This is informed you that my order number Order ID: 15783570218 dated 08 Oct, 2016 has not been delivered till now, I have received a sms that they could not find address but in case they are not make a phone call to me regarding the matter. Then I have try 2nd attempted and schedule given was between 9 am to 1 pm on 20.10.2016 i.e. today but till now nor I have received the product or any phone calls.

Kindly look into the matter, the order is very urgent for me.
