Micromax is not providing tax invoice after mobile repair with their authorised service center. I have insurance damage plan from mobile store for Edelweiss. Insurance company not processing my claim & insisting for repair invoice copy. It’s been 3 months now after regular CF follow up on email, call, tweets but I am not getting proper response on same. Pls look into this.
