My micromax handset model no. is Q4251. The set is automatically getting rebooted and sometimes does not respond properly. I have been facing this problem for 10 months. I have visited service centre at Barakar, West Bengal many times. I have also talked to customer care executives on toll free number many times. But they did not come out with any proper solution. I had asked for replacement but they told that if there is any fault which can’t be resolved then only we go for replacement. It means they are not ready to accept the set is faulty. The handset is still showing the same behaviour and wasting my time by visiting service centre.
