I Purchased Micromax In Note1 on 20th December 2020. On 5th May 2021 my mobile stopped working.
When i contact their customer care they rudely said that they cant do anything due to lockdown and i have to adjust with that defective piece. On 8th May 2021 i visited their authorized service center to check my mobile. Upon verification they told that my display was not working because of small scratch mark on screen. When i objected this they told that one screw is missing inside the mobile. Even though my mobile is in warranty period they told me to pay additional 4000/- rupees for display. I am unable to understand that why am i charged additional amount even though my mobile is in warranty period.
