I bought phone on 15th october 2016 from kuber complex rathyatra, varanasi and the shop is in ground floor with name samsung galaxy, anil enterprise shop.no. 45.
I told them if the phone would not work then I will come to change this because I am gifting this phone to someone else and the guy who is in shop that time said yes anytime you can come.
When 17th oct.2016, I went there because the phone didn’t charge it’s onlu showing charging sign but not storing battery. That rubbish shopkeeper waste my whole day by changing charger and battery and when I got angry then change the battery with his used mobile and said see it’s done your phone is charging now.
I came to home and when I tried to cahrge phone again the same problem had arisen. Again I went to his shop and asked to replace the phone then he is started to show his “Aukat” like go to service center I don’t know anything about this. If they give me certificate that this phone is OK then only I will provide.
I just want to know is this correct to deal with customers in that way , I purchased the phone to believe you and when your phone has fault you are saying, I am not responsible it is your problem, go and talk with company. Even one old man from this shop said definitely you do something with this phone that’s why problem occur. Give me certificate from service center that phone has some internal problem.
I want you to first cancel the license of that shop who sell defective piece to customers. Ready to give all details of that ridiculous shop.
If you sell defective piece then just simply collect the phone and exchange with new packed phone but no they are showing their cheaness. I know this is not a good way to talk to anybody but the thing they did to me, is really I want to abuse them so badly, all abusive words are less for them.
