Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I’m a resident of Dalhousie road, Pathankot, and I gave my Micromax Mobile Phone to the Micromax service centre (M/S ANAND COMMUNICATIONS, NEAR SHANI DEV MANDIR, 1st floor, SHIV PARVATI MARKET, 145001) for repairing it’s mic on 8 February 2016, and today’s 3 March 2016, and still didn’t get it, they called me 2-3 times that “your phone is ready you can take it” but when I got there, they said “Sorry, we didn’t call you, your phone is still pending” They’re claiming that my phone has alot of hardware issues, when I was only facing trouble with the mic, they also claimed that they’ve sent my phone to Delhi for repairing, but when I called the Delhi centre, they said “There’s no such Mobile or data here” now the problem is, why aren’t they giving the phone back, and I’m not the only one here, there’re so many consumers having the same issues regarding, but I came to know that after I submitted the phone, I hope you can understand, and I will be really thankful if you look after this issue and please do something.
