I was placed in MicroRoot POC Technologies Mumbai . I was offered an annual salary package of 2.8 lacs in offer letter. Later they send mail that you will have 4 months of probation period during which you will get 10-15000 rupees per month. But after joining they introduced new strategies to deduct our salary. They told that we will have tests every sunday and if we fail 2500 rupees will be deducted. And our fixed salary reduced to 7000 from 10-15k as told in email. If we fail one test that means we will be left with 4500 rs in the city of mumbai for a month.
It doesnt end here….they have recruited people already for the next batch and now they are just terminating the old recruitments because they dont even have enough space to accomodate new students.They will create such circumstances that you have to leave the company later.
This company is playing with future of freshers as by the time we will leave this company we will be no longer a fresher and opportunities become limited for us.

So stay away from this well planned torture. You will not even get to learn anything here because everyone here is a rookie.
