I have purchased elite package for my customer but the transaction was failed then too my money was debited on 9th August. I have contacted the their customer support but got no response I had begged infront of them still they aren’t responding I have also contacted their the owner ( Prashant prajapati) but now he is also not responding they have just paid me my earnings but not my refund please help me to get my refund because I am in a need.
