Purchased a Chicken Butter Masala Roll from S. G. Confectioners, a Mio Amore franchise, 24/20/08, Bag Station Road, Bagmore, PO Kanchrapara, North 24 Parganas – 743145 on 07.09.2016 vide Cash Bill No. 1853.

The item was fully rotten and not consumable at all. The same was consumed by a Child and when reported rotten by him, it was tested by me also.

While approaching to the franchise, they tried to compensate, which I did not accepted. Also while asking for “Complaint book” they offered me a “Suggestion Book”, where I have lodged my complaint.
