I had ordered a jacket from Miracas.com, amounting INR 2390,
after receiving the product i immediately placed a return request for refund as the product i received is not exactly what i ordered and there were fit issues as well

the return pickup is arranged by Miracas.com and product has been picked up from me by their courier www.dotzot.in
and as per their record they saying that they delivered the product to Miracas franchise in NIBM Road, Kondhawa, Pune
product is received by Mr. Harshal Shah as on 20 th October 2016

i am in continuous contact wit Miracas.com and they saying that product is not reached to us,
when i contacted Mr. Harshal Shah, (Mo. 9833188901) receiver of product. he is not co-operating and 1st he said that he is unable to find my product with them although he received it…when contacted again he arrogantly said that i haven’t received the product, and do whatever you want to do

so now i don’t have my product with me, and neither my refund.

please tell me how can you help me on this…i have confirmed it with DTDC courier’s Mr. Sameer (Mo. 7718852928) and he said tht the product has been delivered to Miracas franchise in NIBM Road, Kondhawa, Pune
