I had ordered a Black Blazer from Miracas.com.
Firstly the product was delivered after a wait period of 30 days.
Then as the product did not had size and quality issue, I generated a return.
The customer care informed me that the reverse pickup was not applicable in my area, so I sent the package back to them.
After confirming the return from their side, as per company return policy I was to be assigned a voucher equal to the price of the product and an additional 200 INR for the Parcel.
Now after two months I was finally assigned the voucher, for which I added a different product in my cart. But the moment I was directed to the voucher page , there was a notification saying that the voucher expired.
It has been three months and I have still not been able to get back the total amount of around 1700 INR.
Kindly help me on this as there has been no response from the company side.
