I placed an order for two leather jackets on 25 Dec 2016. Order No. 56585. It was supposed to be delivered on 11 Jan 2017. But the tracking status says order isdelayed due to uncontrollable circumstances. Order is pending with Indian customs. This is since 10 Jan 2016. I have paid rupees 4063. Customer care isnt replying to my messages or answering my call. I am worried as most of them are facing this issue. Please help me in this regard.
