I purchased a product online from miracas.com, the product showed online is not what they delivered. When asked about it they asked to return the product and will provide a refund via coupon that can be used on their website. When i looked further into the matter it seems that they have been doing this for a long time and i came across many complaints against the same with no action taken against them. They make customers pay for what is’nt really available via their website, after the purchase they offer no payment refund but only voucher refund that can be used only on their website. This is e-commerce fraud and an immediate action should be taken.
