Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have ordered a dresses from Miracas international from 45 days back and according to that they had sent it through Indian post. But they didn’t send any confirmation mail and Indian post tracking no. Already I’ve paid Rs 3500 more over the customer care don’t respond.They are totally fraud me.Please I request you kindly help me regarding this.My ORDER #132128.
When i looked further into the matter it seems that they have been doing this for a long time and i came across many complaints against the same with no action taken against them. They make customers pay for what is’nt really available via their website, after the purchase they offer no payment refund but only voucher refund that can be used only on their website. This is e-commerce fraud and an immediate action should be taken.
