I have ordered Mirror at site:-onlineshopstores.co.in,,,& i have been cheated, by this site, the mirror which i have ordered the offer was,,buy 1 mirror and get 2 free for rs 799/- ,,,so i have orderit and paid rs 799,,but when i got the product ,,,it was only 2 piece of mirror inside,and the size was also small,,,and there was the scheme to return in 10 days and u will get the refund ,,so i decide to return the product..but when i call the customer care no given in the site,,the man who talk to me for my help told me that ok sir you will get your refund and you can return the product ,, for that you have to download the app which i will tell you from playstore,,but when i told him that why i should download this app,,i have read some where that our site doesn’t tell any one to download the appp etc etc so i object for that, bcz,i have already cheated,,so i dont have any trust,..then i told that person on customer care to make it direct process of returning,,Then that person told me that now you cannot return the product,neither you will get refund,,and started giving badwords and cut the phonecall..So i understand they are CHEATERS..and now i cant do anything bcz I am from GONDAL (GUJARAT)..And the product which i bought online the adress was from DELHI.. Chandernagar…Delhi DL. 110051, CONTACT us at ([email protected])..SO PLZ SOMEONE WHO CAN TEACH LESSON TO THIS GIVEN ADRESS & SITE ,,,PLZ DO IT ÀND TEACH THEM VERY WELL LESSON, SO LIKE ME ,they have cheated many others also,,,So to stop this fraud online shopping shop ,,take some legal action against them,,,,so the other people from now ,,can’t be cheated. That’s all plz someone help,,who are capable, it’s my humble request 🙏
