I order for an ear ring I got the product but it was very big in size so I sent the product to exchange and then after so many request and emails after arround 15 days the gave me coupon no to get other product. I went to buy another product and i paid differential amount through my debit card but i dint get any confirmation of order though amount is debited from my account.now I am feeling that I was fool to pay by my card.they don’t answer to our email they give just some ticket no as we don’t know how to use and they don’t have curtosy to answer our calls all.
