I am in UAE and I ordered an item at mirraw.com, when I got my parcel I was totally disappointed as the item is a total junk! I sent then complaint email through their customer care but til date still no reply. I sent message in their Facebook page and finally someone replied and she said I got the right item as the product was a replica! First, their site never mentioned it’s a replica! Second, even a replica product will not look like a garbage! Excuse my word but this mirraw.com is a total fraud site, I am not Indian but I love kurtis but this Indian online shop made my experience a nightmare! In my country when someone is dead, we give money for the dead! Since they don’t want to refund my payment plus the shipping charge, God bless them – I’ll just think I gave that money to the dead! Still hoping for justice for this very bad experience!
