On 18.10.2016, I ordered for a gold plated finger ring worth 282/- from Mirraw.com (M271003811) for which I paid online through net banking. On the same day I also received confirmation through sms also telling me that a subsequent email would be sent with tracking details. Neither such a mail arrived nor the product. On making an enquiry to [email protected] on 26.10.2016, they generated four dockets with ticket ID 672126/130/132/134 and later Mayuresh Rawool from customer care and support unit, informed that I could either keep the amount as shop credit to adjust it with further purchase or ask for refund. Since my reply on the same day, opting for refund, there has been no response from them. I anticipate that I have been cheated. Please take some measures to retrieve my money and ensure that such fraudulent online stores can’t cheat further.
